Professor Linda Kristjanson
Vice-Chancellor and President

Dear Colleague,

Good corporate governance plays an important role in our ability to successfully achieve the University’s objectives and maintain our commitment to our code of conduct as set out in the People, Culture and Integrity Policy and the Anti-Corruption and Fraud Prevention Guidelines.

As part of Swinburne’s integrity measures, we have a disclosure program to support the reporting of any suspected cases of fraud or corrupt conduct.

This program now provides access to STOPline, a confidential, independent provider of whistleblowing services. Any person who wishes to report a suspected instance of fraud or corruption can use this hotline service. STOPline will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email, fax or this website. Individuals can maintain anonymity if they wish.

As well as facilitating the disclosure process, the STOPline website also contains links to our policy on Corruption and Fraud, Anti-Corruption and Fraud Prevention Guidelines, and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions for your reference.

I look forward to your support.
